What is Okta?
Okta is the software that Proper Agent Portal uses for the technology.
Is the new Proper Agent portal the same as the Online Ordering Site?
No. These are two different ordering platforms. As we would encourage attorneys to use our new user-friendly portal, you may still place orders using our Online Ordering Site.
Do I have to do an Exam summary sheet if I already examined the deal online?
For your convenience, the examination is now completed through Proper Agent Portal, so it is no longer necessary to fill out the physical exam summary sheet. If you prefer to handle the exams manually, we can send the package to you.
My order disappeared. Where did it go?
During the order process, please make sure that you are clicking on “Draft” as you proceed to the next page. This ensures the order is being saved as you go. To find all orders that have been drafted or submitted, you will go to the “View My Orders” link on the left-hand side of the home screen.
