Proper Title Launches New National Commercial Services Division
Proper Title is positioned for National Commercial growth. To support the new division, Charity Murow was promoted from senior underwriting counsel to director of underwriting and compliance. Proper Title also welcomed Cullen Marshall as national commercial underwriting counsel and Dolores Saavedra as senior national construction escrow manager.
