Kim Barich-Wetzel
Senior Account Executive
Kim is a 12-year title industry veteran. She joined Proper Title in 2017 and was previously an Account Executive at Chicago Title and Regent Title.
Kim works out of the Proper Title St. Charles, Naperville and Oak Brook offices - however she has clients throughout the Chicagoland area. Her clients appreciate her responsiveness and availability. Kim encourages her clients to contact her and ask any questions - no matter what side of the transaction they are on. She prides herself on being available to help her clients in a timely fashion and she encourages them to always use her as a resource.
Kim is a graduate of Arizona State University and currently resides in the Northwest suburbs with her family. She is a member of the REALTOR® Association of Fox Valley and a member of the ProperGiving Charitable Foundation.
